My specialization

My specialization includes Schema Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). Through Schema Therapy, I help clients uncover and change deep-rooted patterns, fostering emotional healing and better relationships.

With CBT, I equip individuals with practical techniques to challenge negative thoughts, empowering them to manage anxiety, depression, and stress for long-term mental well-being. Additionally, EMDR enables clients to process traumatic memories using bilateral stimulation, reducing emotional distress and enhancing their resilience and healing over time.

DBT offers skills for managing intense emotions, promoting emotional balance and healthy coping mechanisms. Through mindfulness, emotion regulation, and distress tolerance, DBT supports clients in achieving long-term improvements in their relationships and well-being.
